Studies show that Arnica Montana Flower extract has the capability to reduce skin "puffiness" and reduce inflammation.

Extracted from the dried Alpine flower Arnica Montana, its anti-inflammatory properties are considered to be derived from the plant compound Helenalin. Our Arnica is extracted in aqueous glycerin and preserved using Sodium Benzoate and Sorbic Acid. The extraction mix is undertaken in Suffolk and the Arnica is grown and dried using sustainable farming techniques in the Apuseni mountains in Romania.
