Back acne is no different from face acne, it is an infection that develops in the pores due to an excess of oil. 1. Sea salt

Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water and soak a clean washcloth in it. Rub the washcloth over the trouble spots on your back and allow to air dry. 5. Lemon juice
Lemon juice is likewise a great astringent. Use it in the same manner that you use the vinegar above. Not only will it help to cure the acne on your back, it will soothe the skin and help to fade any discoloration that you have from previous breakouts. Apply lemon juice twice a day until you have gotten a handle on the acne, and it is on the mend.
6. Aloe vera
Aloe vera is a known panacea for skin ailments and works just as good for acne. Apply aloe vera gel liberally to the back and allow it to air dry. Since acne is caused by an infection, using soaps that have antibacterials in them, will help to curb the formation of bacteria on the skin.
